“How Could I Ask For More” Cindy Morgan Piano and Guitar Chords

Alumni weekend for my high school, Jefferson Christian Academy, is coming up this weekend and I’m going. This and the upcoming graduation next month make reminisce over my graduation, which was about a year ago.
I was in charge of filling three musical numbers in the grand three-day engagement. I had two of them filled: a group some of us students formed and a duet with a friend. But, there was one more slot to fill for the actual graduation ceremony. My classmates suggested that my brother sing something. But what? My sister, recalling past graduation ceremonies she attended suggested “How Could I Ask For More” from the “Best So Far” album. She remembers hearing her friend singing that song in my brother’s graduation. After reading the lyrics, I found that this song was very appropriate for a high school graduation.
“..some dreams that are realities today. Such an irony the things that mean the most to me are the memories that I’ve made along the way.”
“So if there’s anything I’ve learned from this journey I am on, simple truths witll keep you going and simple love will keep you strong. Cause there are questions without answers and flames that never die. And hearchtaches we go through are often blessings in disguise.”
“Thank you lord. How could I ask for more.”
Especially towards the end, I think this song embodies the high school experience of dreams, realities, memories, friendships, truths, questions, answers, love, and heartache. If you’re looking for a song to sing during graduation, consider this one.
My brother did end up singing this song. For fun, I created my own chords from the actual recording. I believe that they are very accurate.
